A broken product is not good for anyone.  We have you covered!

First, we ask that you register your product if you have not done so.

Simply send the entire product to our address in Janesville, WI.  Upon arrival we will inspect, repair or replace the product and send it back to you within a few days.

We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information in case of a problem. Make sure to include a note with your return shipping/contact information and a check if necessary.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH — MAKE CHECKS OUT TO “O'Pros Fly Fishing.” Failure to include the proper return shipping information may result in additional fees. Your repaired product will be shipped back to you within a few days of receipt.
